Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $99 USD (domestic US only).
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, $7.99.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, $14.99.
- Shipping Time: Shipping begins once an order leaves our distribution center. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs). Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
- Tracking: A tracking email will be sent once an order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- Holidays: Shipping times may be delayed during holidays.
International Orders
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.
- Customs taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Package Protection (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages)
- What’s Covered: Lost, stolen, or damaged items, with replacement or store credit only.
- Claims: Once a claim is submitted, we must wait 10 days after the last tracking update to process it. Please allow up to 10 days from the claim submission date to see if the package is delivered. Mail couriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered prior to their actual arrival.
- What’s Not Covered:
- Missing packages due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.
Unprotected Shipments
- If Package Protection is not purchased, the carrier's claims process will be followed. This can take 1-2 weeks and may require additional documentation. If GPS or photographic evidence shows delivery to the correct address, replacements or store credits will not be issued.
Incorrect Address and Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee: $7.99 for standard shipping or $14.99 for expedited shipping.
- If the address is correct and the package is returned, no reshipping fee will be charged.
- The customer will be contacted as soon as the package arrives at the warehouse to arrange for reshipping.
