Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
To report an issue, contact info@pcheebum.com or 786-627-9916 within the 10-day period. Proof of damage or missing items may be required.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and components intact.
Returns must be initiated through our Returns Center. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return requests submitted via social media will not be processed.
U.S. Returns

Customers who selected the $2.98 Re:Do return protection at checkout receive free returns and exchanges.

Customers who did not opt in will be charged a return shipping fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method; store credit receives a 12% bonus.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. International returns are eligible for store credit or refund only. All returns must be shipped to:

Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet all of the following:

No signs of wear, washing, or alteration

No stains, odors, deodorant marks, or hair

No damage, snagging, pilling, or missing components

No bio-hazardous materials (returns containing bodily fluids will be denied in full)
All undergarments, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Bikinis must have hygienic liners intact and be returned unused in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@pcheebum.com.
Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns due to excessive return activity, suspected fraud, wardrobing, or policy abuse. Non-Pcheebum items sent to our facility will be discarded.
