Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Pcheebum wants every customer to be able to browse, choose and check out comfortably, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

We build and test this store against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat that as an ongoing standard to work toward rather than a box we tick once.

What we do

• Every product image carries descriptive alternative text.
• Every form field has a visible or programmatic label.
• The site can be navigated with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
• Text and background colours are checked for contrast, including text placed
• over photography.
• Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can navigate by structure.
• Motion respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.

Where we are still improving

Some size-selection controls on product listings are smaller than the 44-pixel touch target the guidelines recommend. We are aware of this and are reviewing it.

Some content on this site is supplied by third-party apps (reviews, chat, payment and returns tools). We do not control their code directly, and we raise accessibility issues with those vendors when we find them.
